A deluxe hotel with lots of fairly quiet and spacious rooms to relax in. Helpful and accommodating staff, brilliant location close to everything. Based right by the Ponte Vecchio and all tourist sites and train station and the main avenue leading from the Ponte Vecchio to the Duomo.

Rooms come with a fine view of the surrounding architecture.
There are multiple flights of stairs from the street to the reception, which might be tough for anyone with mobility issues. The parking situation in the area is pretty challenging, so keep that in mind if you roll in with a personal vehicle.

The hospitality was excellent, with staff providing local dinner recommendations.
While the room was quite spacious, I found the multiple flights of stairs to reception rather inconvenient, especially after a long day of sightseeing. Parking in the area proved to be challenging.

We loved the spacious room with high coffered ceilings and a complete kitchen to prepare meals. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to the Uffizi and Duomo. Especially Monte, added a personal touch.
A little noise in the evenings from nearby restaurants.

Family with children will love it
The staff treated us like family, helping us out with local tips. The room had enough space for me and the kids, we even had a little loft to chill out in after long days. Plus the kitchen area was awesome for late-night snacks and enjoying some local wine while the kids were asleep.
Wasn't exactly cheap but it was fair for what we got.

Fantastic characterful apartment, cozy and modern-with a powerful shower and clean! The beds were comfortable, providing wonderful rest after a day of sight-seeing. The staff were friendly and helpful, turning what could have been a stressful trip into a good experience, especially when they provided extra toiletries upon request. Be mindful that parking can be challenging in the area, and the many stairs to reach the reception may be a struggle for some guests.

The location of Residenza Alessandra is unbeatable, only a 10-15 minutes' walk from a minor league ballpark. My suite was complete with a modern bathroom and a soaring ceiling, for instance.
